Jason Rayl

Jason Rayl is the CEO and co-founder of Be The Change Services. He has been an entrepreneur his entire adult life, building and running successful businesses across a variety of sectors. He has spent the majority of his professional career running internet marketing agencies that provided marketing services to SMBs, as well as various service-related companies that provided cleaning and repair services direct to consumers. He understands operations, marketing, customer service and technology inside-out.

He teamed up with his co-founder, Tim Krerowicz, in 2024 and together they birthed the idea of creating a company that provides professional and high-quality cleaning services to their local community in Kansas City, while at the same time donating the majority of profits generated back into community-driven organizations and initiatives to combat homelessness. Jason is now wholly dedicated to being a part of the change and helping to eliminate homelessness in Kansas City and as many other communities as possible, though the expansion of services offered and communities serviced by Be The Change Services.
