Tim Krerowicz

Tim Krerowicz is the COO and co-founder of Be The Change Services. He has worked with a large-scale local non-profit, whose mission is helping the homeless, for his entire professional career. In his role there he provided direct operational support to the director in all regards and assistance to clients in every capacity. He understands how to create efficient and effective operational systems and how to empower the right people to run those systems. He also understands first-hand the number one challenge non-profits face, which is limited funding.

He teamed up with his co-founder, Jason Rayl, in 2024 and together they birthed the idea of creating a company that provides professional and high-quality cleaning services to their local community in Kansas City, while at the same time donating the majority of profits generated back into community-driven organizations and initiatives to combat homelessness. Tim brings his vast experience of operational management to Be The Change Services, along with his life-long mission of bettering society and being an active part of the change.
