We use state-of-the-art commercial grade soft wash systems, which cleans your property using chemicals and not pressure. We only use pressure to clean driveways, which is 100% safe and necessary for concrete surfaces.

Our soft wash systems have chemical proportioners which can be adjusted on the fly, ensuring we are using just enough of a chemical solution to get the job done properly, without applying "too hot" of a chemical mix on any surface.

Our soft wash systems can be safely and effectively used on surfaces such as vinyl, stucco, Dryvit, Hardy board, wood, brick, stone, concrete, EIFS, painted finishes, composite and PVC..

They can also be safely and effectively used on roofs such as asphalt shingles, cedar shake roofs, ceramic tiles, stone, metal and various commercial roof materials.

We take all the necessary steps to protect your property and landscape before we begin any actual cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to: ensuring all moveable items (such as patio furniture) are removed from the cleaning area, covering all door frames, outside lighting  and outlets with protective plastic wrap, and ensuring all plants and landscape are constantly being watered during the cleaning process, to prevent any chemicals from building up on them.

This is a question that comes up regularly and it deserves a detailed and comprehensive response. The short answer is, it was the absolute best way to further our primary mission of combatting homelessness.

A non-profit organization can sell services, as long as the services are directly related to their mission and comply with tax regulations regarding "unrelated business income". Essentially, they can generate revenue by offering services that further their charitable goals, but these services must be closely tied to the non-profit's stated mission, to avoid issues with tax regulations. Offering cleaning services would not qualify as a legal way to generate revenue as a non-profit with a stated mission of "combatting homelessness".

The number one thing hamstringing the expansion of most non-profits is limited funding. There are already many non-profits with decades of experience operating in every community, whose primary mission aligns with ours. Instead of creating and operating a brand new non-profit, and facing the same constraints as everyone else due to limited funding, we decided the best way to further our stated mission was to create a for-profit company and simply fund the non-profit organizations that are already established and know exactly what they are doing.

This model is the most effective way for us to have the greatest impact on the issue of individuals experiencing homelessness. We create a for-profit company with no limitations on how we can generate revenue and then we simply donate the majority of our corporate profits back to the already established non-profit organizations in the local community, whose stated mission closely aligns with ours.
